Jonathan Zalar
Throughout his career at GE, Jon has led the design of the latest wind turbine technology being installed today. He has also worked on the development of aftermarket products like Windboost and Re-Power which is being deployed today.
Most recently, Jon has led the Root Cause Analysis team which has focused on solving the major issues on the 2.X-116 and 2.X-127 fleets. His expertise is in turbine controls, operability, and blade dynamic issues. He also has over 10 years experience leading data analytic teams.
With over 12 years of experience in Wind Turbine engineering, Jon can provide guidance to owners and operators on how to optimize the performance of their assets.
